LiveLink eDocs - Imaging
LiveLink eDocs - Imaging enables the client to scan documents, faxes, drawings and images onto the system. These documents can undergo an OCR process, which will allow the client to run a full text search on the content of the document. LiveLink eDocs Imaging supports ISIS drivers which enables the client to do batch scanning. Functionality such as thumbnails and tear-offs is also part of the solution. Additional pages can be added to an existing document by simply scanning the relevant pages in and adding them to an existing file within the document management system. (These pages can also be inserted if necessary).

There are multiple sites where clients who felt they had a need for a high end imaging solution, have LiveLink eDocs using KOFAX as a front-end imaging tool.
