LiveLink eDocs – Workflow for DM (Routing)

Livelink eDOCS - Workflow empowers business owners and content managers to easily define, apply and reuse business logic and processes providing them with the ability to generate cohesive interactions among people, business systems, and content — across the Livelink ECM – eDOCS content management system and beyond.

Checklist
Routes stored as "templates/stored routes" for re-use at a later stage.
Integrates into an email application and will inform users that there is a route/task in their inbox.
Comments, Inquiries, Re-routing, deadlines of routes and a completion button
The initiator of the route is able to view comments, the date and time of the route and its comments, history and status of a route. Tracking and status display of routes are limited to the originator of that route only.
Once a Route is completed the history is stored in the initiators outbox.
Supports parallel and sequential routing.
Organization structures will be limited to Hummingbird groups and Hummingbird users only; these organizational structures will not be displayed as an organizational chart. These can only be managed and modified through Hummingbird (document management system).
It must be noted that all securities to the documents or projects routed in a Hummingbird Route are kept intact. When a route is initiated the physical document does not "move" with the route, a reference/link to the document is "moved" around with the route, therefore decreasing network traffic.
