Consulting 

IA Systems employs Business Analysts who provide consulting services or “needs analysis” exercises as part of the implementation process. Ascertaining the business requirements and the functional specifications are vital to any successful implementation and our Consultants have specific expertise and training on our technologies and are thus able to provide effective facilitation services during sessions with Management and End Users.

  Training 

IA Systems provides a full range of Training Services including Administrator Training, User Training and Train the Trainer Training. Our Training is performed either at our premises or at the Customer depending on the requirements.

  Implementation

IA Systems has a number of skilled Engineers who implement the product based on the requirements as laid down in the Functional and Technical Specifications. These Engineers have all been implementing and supporting Hummingbird solutions for a combined period of well over 10 years.

  Project Management

Any project is only successful with a dedicated Project Manager who is able to ensure deadlines are met and milestones achieved in the time and way specified. IA Systems has dedicated Project Managers who are responsible for the Project Management of sizeable implementations here in South Africa and abroad.

  Technology Acceptance

IA Systems have structured a new Business Unit to focus exclusively on the Change Management aspects of any IT implementation. Since any new system is only as good as the people who use it, it is vital that all users accept and adopt the technology as their own. IA Systems have developed a Technology Acceptance Methodology for which we have built course content and now provide these to our customers.
